Texas Tough Tops was already ranked number one on Google for garage floor epoxy in Austin, and still getting about three online inquiries a month. Ranking was not his problem. The site was not built to turn visibility into inquiries, and it was not built for the AI assistants people now ask instead of searching.

WHAT HAPPENED
Reported by the client two to three weeks in: 2 to 4 website inquiries per day. Customers named ChatGPT, Grok, and Gemini as how they found him. About 40% of new leads converted, and he was booked out about 40 days.
The site's own form submissions confirm it held: outside the first month, Texas Tough Tops has never had fewer than 41 website leads in a month.
An AI answer about Austin garage floor coating companies now cites Texas Tough Tops by name as a long-standing Lakeway business operating since 2004.
